My name is Monica Ashton Hutcherson, and I'm a Virtual Assistant. I created M A H Virtual Solutions to help small business owners, entrepreneurs and busy people.

What is Virtual Assistance?
The Virtual Assistance profession is a relatively new administrative career and approximately 12 years old. There are more than 1,000+ individuals in this field worldwide. It values partnerships and relationships and appeals to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Its core and foundation is based on the relationship between both business owners. We choose to work with one another and desire and value a collaborative partnership. There are no geographical boundaries as we work virtually utilizing the internet, telephone, and/or fax.
What is a Virtual Assistant?
Also known as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager, my goal is to provide you with outstanding, high quality administrative support as we develop a long-term, collaborative relationship. I am trained and highly skilled, which will allow me to find the best solutions to handle your specific business needs.
Being a VA allows me to work from the comfort of my home using the latest technology to communicate with you and determine the best solutions for your business. Recently, I successfully completed a 20-week comprehensive training program with AssistU, the premiere training and coaching organization for Virtual Assistants. The Process
1) Initial telephone consultation - To hear each other's voices and briefly chat about our businesses. (15 minutes)
2) Completing an assessment - This will allow me to get to know you better.
3) Telephone conversation to get to know one another better - We will discuss our background, likes, dislikes, experiences, interests. (30 - 45 minutes)
4) Telephone conversation on ethics, boundaries, standards. (30 minutes)
5) In depth conversation on how I can best assist you - We will discuss your goals, timeline for completing those goals, immediate tasks. (60 minutes)
